With great sadness we announce the passing of George on December 1, 2021. He was 95. George was born in Alt Reichenau, Germany. He is now forever reunited with his late wife Ursula (2013). He immigrated to Canada in July of 1954 with Ursula. George worked at Stelco as a Tool & Dye Maker until retirement. He leaves behind friends and family in Germany along with friends from St. Joseph’s Villa Estates, who become his Canadian Family. His kind nature, smile and laughter will be greatly missed by dear friends Clara and Lori. George was a Gentle Man; he will be fondly remembered by all those whose lives he touched. A Celebration of George’s Life will be held at Circle of Life Cremation and Burial Centre, 100 King Street East, Dundas, ON, on Thursday December 9, 2021. Visitation beginning at 11 am, followed by a Service at 12 p.m. Please call 905-628-8558 to register your attendance. Proof of double vaccination must be shown, and masks must be worn.
